Gladiator — lifting clamps for all directions
For lifting, turning (180°), moving and transporting plate material, beams and constructions in horizontal and vertical position. Available for the following materials:
- Normal — Material with a maximum hardness of 37 HRC.
- Stainless steel — Material with a maximum hardness of 37 HRC.
- Hard — Material with a maximum hardness of 47 HRC (for example Hardox 400 and 500).
- Non-marking — Scratch and dent free. All types of steel or stainless steel (contact us for this option).
High performance — features
Made from carbon fibre composite materials
By using carbon fibre composites we produce ultra-light lifting clamps that are at the same time incredibly strong, corrosion resistant and highly durable.
Fitted with a horizontal and a vertical lifting eye
This design makes the clamps suitable for lifting, turning (180°), moving and transporting plate material, beams and constructions in both horizontal and vertical position.
Safe-lift indicator guaranteeing full safety
When the clamping screw is tightened, the safety indicator moves from left (red) to right (green). When the indicator is in the green zone, there is sufficient clamping force to perform a safe lift.
Breaking load limit of 4× WLL
Tested in horizontal and vertical position; 2,000,000 load cycles.
For materials with a surface hardness up to 364 HV
And a tensile strength up to 1200 N/mm². No minimum WLL required.
Individually serialised
The serial number and the date of the proof load test are marked on the body. Instructions for use and a test certificate are supplied with every clamp; a service and repair manual is available on request.
Traceable, genuine HPLE parts
All load-bearing parts carry a traceability code and the HPLE logo. Each clamp is individually tested at twice the maximum working load, including certification, and is fitted with RFID technology.
